Saturday, May 30 - Lima - Classics of Peruvian Gastronomy in the Barranco District - Lima City Tour & Larco Museum

10:00 AM On this walking tour of Lima, you'll enjoy more than 15 Peruvian dishes and drinks in one of the city's most beautiful and artistic neighborhoods: Barranco.
You'll also have the opportunity to meet our local hosts, who will teach you how to prepare the famous ceviche and pisco sour in a demonstration class. During the 4-hour tour, you'll learn the historical and cultural details behind each dish you taste. Includes 15 different tastings.
2:00 PM In the afternoon, we'll begin our tour of the Miraflores district.
Our first stop will be the famous Love Park (Parque del Amor), an icon of the city, offering a beautiful view of Lima Bay. Then, a panoramic visit to the Huaca Pucllana Archaeological Complex.
We will continue our tour to the Colonial Center, observing the Plaza Mayor (Main Square), Government Palace, the Basilica Cathedral, Archbishop's Palace, and the Lima City Hall. We will also visit the Convent of Santo Domingo, whose halls were walked by Saint Martin de Porres and Saint Rose of Lima in the 17th century, and where their remains currently rest. Next, we'll head to Casa Aliaga, a colonial mansion granted in 1535 by the conquistador Francisco Pizarro to one of his captains, Jerónimo Aliaga. This is the only house from that era that still belongs to the same family. Transfer to the Larco Museum, located in the traditional Pueblo Libre district and housed in a beautifully restored viceregal mansion, which in turn is built on a pre-Columbian pyramid from the 7th century. The museum boasts a comprehensive pre-Hispanic collection of gold and silver objects, as well as pieces of erotic art. We will conclude our visit with dinner at the museum's restaurant. Sunday, May 31 - Lima – Cusco - Sacred Valley with the Yucay Museum & Welcome Ceremony with a local Shaman

Early transfer to Lima airport to board the flight to the Imperial City of Cusco. Arrival, reception, and assistance with the transfer to the hotel located in the Sacred Valley for better acclimatization to the altitude. During the journey, we will visit the Pisac craft market, one of the best known in Peru, and at midday, we will visit the Yucay Living Museum. This museum is, in reality, an interpretation center of Andean traditions, with demonstrations of textile production, adobe crafts, ceramics, and silversmithing using the same ancient Inca techniques. Alpacas, llamas, and sheep live on the premises, which you can see up close and even feed. Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the evening, a welcome ceremony will be held with the blessing of the natural forces of the Andes, led by a Shaman or Andean priest from a local community in the Sacred Valley. Dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overnight stay (B, L, D)
Monday, April 1 - Sacred Valley - Pachamanca in the Sacred Valley - Ollantaytambo Fortress

PACHAMANCA: Enjoy one of the oldest rituals combined with one of the best and most unique dishes of Peruvian cuisine on this incredible Pachamanca tour.
In the morning, transfer to the Urubamba market. Here, travelers will be able to immerse themselves in a world of unique smells, colors, textures, sounds, and flavors that will introduce them to a new concept of cooking. From the market, we will head to the preparation site where travelers will meet the chefs who will teach them how to prepare the Pachamanca.
After helping to prepare the ingredients and place them in the ground, we will have to wait for it to be ready. During this time, travelers will participate in a ceremony to Mother Earth or Pachamama. In this ceremony, we will venerate Mother Earth and thank her for the food she provides. When the Pachamanca is ready, we will open it and serve the dishes.
Afterward, transfer to the ancient citadel of Ollantaytambo, with its imposing fortress and its unparalleled canals, large walls, and temples, wonderful examples of Inca architecture. Return to the hotel in the Valley. Dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overnight stay (B, L, D)
Tuesday, April 2 - Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu - Cusco

Transfer to Ollanta train station to board the regular train to the town of Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, you will be met and assisted in boarding the bus that will take you to the Machu Picchu archaeological complex, one of the wonders of the ancient world. As you stroll through the complex, you will be able to admire the impressive architecture.
Our guide will share interesting theories about the history and importance of Machu Picchu to the Incas. The magnificent views and the magic of the place are unparalleled. After a two-hour tour, you will have free time to explore or relax and soak up the energy of this magnificent place. At the agreed time, we will take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes to enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, and finally, we will take the train back to Ollanta. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Cusco.

Wednesday, April 3 - Cusco - City Walking Tour Cusco
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, an exclusive City Walking Tour of Cusco begins with a visit to one of the city's most popular markets, the San Pedro Market, where our guide will explain the daily life of the local people, showcasing the local cuisine, the various fruits brought from the surrounding valleys, medicinal plants, and a variety of handicrafts. Next, we visit the Qorikancha Temple, which welcomes us with all its magnificence and splendor, its walls once covered in gold. From San Blas, the artisans' quarter, we will walk down Hatun Rumiyoc Street, passing the Inca Roca Palace, now the Archbishop's Palace, and have time to admire the world-famous Twelve-Angled Stone. We will continue to the Plaza de Armas to visit the Cathedral, which houses colonial works of incredible value. Return to the hotel. Afternoon free. Rest of the day free. Overnight stay (B)
Thursday, April 4 - Cusco - Puno

Departure at 7:00 AM for Puno. Along the way, we will visit: the San Pedro de Andahuaylillas Church (3,093 masl), built in 1580 and known as "The Sistine Chapel of Peru," the Raqchi Archaeological Site (3,475 masl), known as the Temple of the God Wiracocha, a buffet lunch in Sicuani (3,540 masl), and La Raya (4,335 masl), the highest point of the journey, where you can admire beautiful landscapes, vicuñas, and llamas.
We continue our journey with a visit to the Pucara Lithic Museum. Arrival in Puno, reception and transfer to the hotel. Check-in and rest. The rest of the day is free. Overnight stay (B, L)
Friday, April 5 - Puno - Lake Titicaca - Puno
Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit to the Uros Floating Islands (3,810 masl), a group of 20 islands made of totora reeds (an aquatic plant). Then, visit to Taquile Island (3,950 masl), where a winding stone path leads to the village, approximately a 1-hour walk. Time to visit the craft shops and do some shopping, then we head to the island's restaurant to enjoy lunch prepared with local products. Return to Puno. Overnight stay (B, L)
Saturday, April 6 - Puno – Juliaca – Lima
