The scent of Christmas pastries, mulled wine, and roasted almonds fills the air. We will visit the gardens of the historic Belvedere Palace and continue along the Ringstrasse with its magnificent buildings: the State Opera, the Hofburg, the Parliament, and the Vienna City Hall. We will walk through the historic center and visit the interior of St. Stephen's Cathedral. Next, our guide will take us to the most famous Christmas market, located at the Rathausplatz, featuring a multi-story carousel, a Christmas world, and an ice-skating rink. Accommodation in Vienna.
Day 3: Dec 5 - Vienna · Oberndorf · Salzburg (Silent Night Chapel)
Breakfast and departure for Salzburg. Before arriving in Mozart's city, a very special experience awaits us: we visit the silent night chapel of St. Nicholas in Oberndorf, where the world-famous Christmas carol 'Silent Night' was performed for the first time on December 24, 1818. A special post office offers us the unique opportunity to send letters with special Silent Night stamps. We walk through the local Christmas market and fortify ourselves with local delicacies. Arrival in Salzburg and accommodation.
Day 4: Dec 6 - Salzburg (Mozart's City & Domplatz Christmas Market)
Breakfast and sightseeing tour through the charming old town, featuring Mozart's Birthplace, the Cathedral, and the Fortress. We end the tour with a visit to the historic Christmas Market at Domplatz and Residenzplatz, one of the oldest and most beautiful Christmas markets in the world. Its unique location in the heart of Salzburg's old town, a World Heritage Site, makes it truly special. Afternoon free and accommodation in Salzburg.
Day 5: Dec 7 - Salzburg · Swarovski · Innsbruck
Breakfast and transfer to Innsbruck with a stop at Swarovski Crystal Worlds. Multimedia artist André Heller created a unique place of fantasy that, to this day, has provided visitors from all over the world with moments of wonder. Crystal in all its facets has surprised, moved, and even transformed those who visit it. Continuation to Innsbruck, arrival at the hotel, and accommodation.
Day 6: Dec 8 - Innsbruck (Capital of Tyrol & Medieval Christmas Market)
Breakfast and tour of the city of Innsbruck. The capital of Tyrol, residence of the Habsburgs in the Middle Ages, was also twice host to the Winter Olympic Games. Our tour will pass through the Triumphal Arch towards the old town with its medieval houses, highlighting the famous Golden Roof, the Court Church with the tomb of Emperor Maximilian I surrounded by giant copper statues, and the Hofburg Palace. We will continue to visit the most traditional Christmas market in the city: more than 70 rustic Christmas stalls line up under the festive Christmas tree between medieval houses. Accommodation in Innsbruck.
Day 7: Dec 9 - Innsbruck · Neuschwanstein · Munich
Breakfast and transfer to Neuschwanstein Castle, built by King Ludwig II of Bavaria —'the Mad King', whose construction was inspired by the medieval castles of the Teutonic Knights. Next, a visit to Linderhof Palace, the most intimate of the monarch's three palaces, which was intended to emulate the Palace of Versailles. We pass through Oberammergau, famous for its Passion Play, and visit the Benedictine abbey of Ettal, founded by the House of Wittelsbach. Departure for Munich. Accommodation in Munich.
Day 8: Dec 10 - Munich (Capital of Bavaria & Marienplatz)

The neo-gothic Town Hall of Marienplatz serves as a backdrop to this market, which charms with its ancient Bavarian flavor. Find here also the largest crib market in Germany. Accommodation.
